All sales are final.  If you notice there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team.  There are no returns on patterns due to copyright laws.  There will be no exceptions to this.

Although we try to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, there may be times where the quantity ordered does not match what our stock is.  In these cases, we will reach out to you and have you decide whether to cancel the order or ship what we have.

At this point, our prices are so low that we can only work in full yard increments and remnants.

We are an online only store with no additional employees right now.  We can absorb the overhead costs and pass on the savings to you the customer.

Currently, we are only offering domestic orders.  We may venture down the path of international orders shortly, but currently only have domestic shipping within the US.
